Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a similar senior systems role with cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily service requests and incidents via ServiceNow.
• Maintain and secure on-premises and cloud compute/storage infra to meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues with Windows Server, Azure, AD, and PKI.
• Lead projects from design through implementation and decommissioning.
• Create system topology diagrams and maintain documentation in Confluence/ServiceNow.
