Job summary

Ractsol Corp. in the United States is seeking a System Administrator to support IT systems and network infrastructure.

The role involves day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across client/server/storage devices, with emphasis on Tier 1 and Tier 2 issue resolution. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with extensive systems administration experience or a Bachelor’s degree with substantial experience, and DoD 8570 IAM Level 1 (Security+) certification.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAM Level 1 (Security+) certification is required.
• Experience with implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems.
• Proficiency in managing user accounts and workstations.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes across network, server and storage devices.
• Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support with escalation and status communication.
• Configures and manages virtual and storage environments; Linux, UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Assists with dispatch system and hardware problems and participates in resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
