Job summary

Ractsol Corp. seeks a Systems Administrator to support, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems across client/server/storage/networks. You will handle day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and escalation paths, ensuring reliable performance.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 0–5 years in systems administration, and can meet DoD 8570 IAM Level 1 (Security+). Experience with Linux/UNIX/Windows and user/workstation management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Supports implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Experience with day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution.
• Familiarity with user accounts management and workstation maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support.
• Support dispatch system and hardware problems through resolution.
• Configure and manage virtual and storage environments; Linux/UNIX/Windows.
• Troubleshoot systems and implement OS enhancements for reliability.
