State of Texas Information Technology Services is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead enterprise Microsoft environments, cloud services, IAM platforms, and endpoint management. You will guide implementation, support, and governance across multiple teams, ensuring reliable operations and service delivery.

The role requires deep technical leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage vendor support and cross-team collaboration in a dynamic state agency setting.

Qualifications

• Six years of enterprise Microsoft environments experience required, including Windows Server, AD, M365 and cloud services.
• Experience with scripting, automation, and multi-tier enterprise support environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités
