Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is hiring a Senior Systems Administrator to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. The role covers on-premises and cloud-hosted NIPRNet/SIPRNet environments, leveraging tools like Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Tanium, ForeScout, and SCCM/MECM.

You will work with J64 Enterprise Software & Mobility Branch to deliver secure, reliable IT operations.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive IT experience in medium to large environments.
• Three years of Windows server integration and management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network, connectivity, application, and endpoint issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for on-premises and cloud environments.
• Plan, deploy, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot enterprise systems.
• Support endpoint security requirements and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement technology solutions.
• Assist with server and application installations, upgrades, and integrations.
