Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is hiring a Senior System Administrator to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. The role ensures stable operation of in-house software systems and networks, planning, installing, configuring, maintaining and optimizing network software and links.

The candidate will lead system administration, provide training, and recommend technology directions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline required.
• Minimum 10 years of specialized experience as an application systems administrator.
• Security+ and AZ-104 certifications required.
• Experience in government contracting and federal environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of in-house software systems and networks.
• Plan, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network software and links.
• Direct configuration and operation of information management systems.
• Provide end-user training and recommendations on tech direction.
• Lead system admins, manage upgrades and deployments.
• Implement load balancing, fault tolerance, and vulnerability management.
• Provide remote maintenance across multiple locations.
