Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC (A3T) is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support government IT environments, including on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and Azure IL2 cloud services. You will ensure secure, reliable, mission-ready IT services while collaborating with Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity, and Support staff.

The role covers server administration, Active Directory, 365 administration, patching, vulnerability remediation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have 4–6+ years of progressively responsible systems administration or enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Must meet DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 451 at the Intermediate proficiency level.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, user accounts, permissions, and authentication services.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
• Experience supporting VMware or comparable enterprise virtualization technology.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft enterprise technologies.
• Experience performing system and application patching, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting server hardware, operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and enterprise services.
• Knowledge of system backup, restoration, and disaster-recovery practices.
• Experience working with enterprise monitoring, endpoint-management, or systems-management tools.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity hardening, vulnerability remediation, and configuration-management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, operating systems, applications, and enterprise services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network-dependent services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, LDAP/LDAPS, SMTP).
• Administer Windows Server environments and infrastructure services.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, user/computer objects, authentication, permissions, access-control.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and associated enterprise applications.
• Administer Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and endpoint management.
• Support VMware and virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Perform routine system monitoring and analyze availability, capacity, performance, security, and health.
• Perform server and software patching; assist with cybersecurity directives.
• Support vulnerability remediation and system hardening with Cybersecurity personnel.
• Maintain system configurations and change-management documentation.
• Support backup, restoration, continuity, and recovery activities.
• Create SOPs and technical documentation; prepare After Action Reports.
