Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC (A3T) is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to provide enterprise IT support for a Government IT environment. The role encompasses installation, configuration, monitoring, and sustainment of servers, Windows Server ecosystems, Active Directory, M365, and virtualization.

The selected candidate will collaborate with Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity personnel, and Support staff to ensure reliable, secure, mission-ready IT

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 4–6+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
• Experience supporting VMware or equivalent virtualization technology.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise technologies.
• Experience patching, upgrading, and maintenance of systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers and enterprise services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network-dependent services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, LDAP/LDAPS, SMTP).
• Support Windows Server environments and related infrastructure services.
• Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, user/computer objects, and access control.
• Support Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
• Manage ConfigMgr (SCCM/MECM) and endpoint management.
• Support VMware and VDI environments and server hardware.
• Perform routine system monitoring, capacity, performance, and security analysis.
• Apply updates and patches per cybersecurity directives.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation and hardening activities in coordination with Cybersecurity.
