Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to provide enterprise IT support for a Government IT environment in the United States. You will install, configure, and sustain servers, virtual infrastructure, and enterprise services across on-premises and cloud-based resources including Microsoft 365, Azure IL2, and data centers.

The role collaborates with Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity personnel, and Technical Support staff to ensure reliable,

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 4–6+ years of progressively responsible systems administration or enterprise IT infra experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
• Experience with VMware or enterprise virtualization, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience patching, upgrades, and cybersecurity-related maintenance.
• Ability to produce SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers and enterprise services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, NTP, LDAP/LDAPS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, SMTP.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, access controls.
• Administer 365 and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Support VMware/VDI and enterprise virtualization.
• Patch systems and assist with vulnerability remediation.
