Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC (A3T) in Northern Virginia seeks a Systems Administrator to provide enterprise IT support for a DoD/government environment. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, monitoring, and sustaining Windows Server, AD, and related services across on‑prem and cloud components.

The role requires 4–6+ years of experience, an active DoD Secret clearance, and collaboration with Systems Engineers, Cybersecurity, and Support teams to maintain mission‑ready IT services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6+ years of progressively responsible systems administration or enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Must meet DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 451 at Intermediate proficiency level.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
• Experience supporting VMware or comparable enterprise virtualization.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft enterprise technologies.
• Experience performing system and application patching, upgrades, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, OS, and enterprise services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network-dependent services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, LDAP/LDAPS, SMTP).
• Support Windows Server environments and infrastructure services.
• Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication, and access-control functions.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and associated enterprise apps.
• Manage Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and endpoint management.
• Support VMware and VDI and related environments.
• Perform system health checks, capacity planning, and security monitoring.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity for patching, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Create and maintain SOPs, procedures, and technical docs.
• Prepare After Action Reports after outages or maintenance events.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and coordinate with Government personnel.
