Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC (A3T) seeks an experienced Systems Administrator to provide enterprise IT administration and operational support for a DoD environment. The role involves installing, configuring, monitoring, and sustaining servers, virtual infrastructure, and enterprise apps across on-premises data centers and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressively responsible systems administration or enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• DoD 8140/DCWF Work Role 451 Intermediate proficiency level.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
• Experience with VMware or enterprise virtualization and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers and enterprise services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, LDAP/LDAPS, SMTP.
• Administer Windows Server environments and related infrastructure services.
• Support AD, Group Policy, user/computer objects, authentication, and access control.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and enterprise applications.
• Maintain SCCM/MECM and endpoint/system-management capabilities.
• Support VMware and VDI, including physical and virtual computing environments.
• Perform routine system health checks and patching per cybersecurity directives.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation and system hardening with Cybersecurity.
• Create and document SOPs, procedures, configuration records, and troubleshooting guides.
