Job summary

System Soft Technologies seeks an experienced IT infrastructure professional to support enterprise systems, storage, and virtualization across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. The role requires in-person presence as an essential function, with duties spanning maintenance, incident response, and vendor engagement.

Responsibilities include planning lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with County standards, and delivering high-availability IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; seven years of direct hands-on enterprise systems experience preferred.
• Experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change Management, and related best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data operations center system lifecycle, demand, and capacity needs.
• Plan maintenance, upgrades, and migrations following standards.
• Administer physical and virtual server environments (Windows, RedHat Linux, VMware, O365, Cloud).
• Configure and manage enterprise systems, including NetApps, Veritas NetBackup, Oracle Exadata, and HP Store Once.
• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot enterprise hardware and peripherals.
• Provide Tier 2/3 incident and request fulfillment support.
