Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support our Army customer at APG, providing functional and empirical analysis of all software systems onsite. The role requires strong collaboration with the Army customer to ensure secure, available, and well-documented infrastructure.

The position emphasizes on-site work at APG with expertise in Unix/Windows systems, TCP/IP, and security profiles.

Qualifications

• Requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related Engineering/Technical discipline.
• Five years of experience within the last eight years.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, information security/authorization profiles, or system administration of Unix or Windows networks/systems.
• Managing servers, including installation and upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Providing software support for laptops, desktops, and printers, including hardware configuration and testing.
• Monitoring the system configuration and server event logs.
• Testing the operating system software, networking software, and computer hardware.
• Monitoring and developing backups procedures for servers.

Summary

T2S Solutions is seeking to hire a Senior Systems Administrator to support our Army customer at APG providing functional and empirical analysis of all software systems. The SA's full time duty location will be onsite at APG.

Responsibilities

Must have experience in the following:

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, information security/authorization profiles, or system administration of Unix or Windows networks/systems.
• Managing servers, which typically involves installing and upgrading the servers, as well as solving any kind of problems with the systems.
• Providing the essential software support for the laptops, desktop personal computers, and printers, including the configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing the structure of the network.
• Monitoring the system configuration, including the server event log.
• Testing the operating system software, the networking software and also the computer hardware.
• Monitoring and developing the procedures for backups of the servers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline.
• Five (5) years of experience within the last 8 years.
