State Street Corporation in Boston seeks an investment professional to join the Systematic Fixed Income Investment Team. You will construct and manage indexed fixed income portfolios, including ETFs, aiming at risk targets and investment objectives while upholding fiduciary standards.

You will work with over 100 investment professionals in Global Fixed Income Solutions, leveraging market insight and technology to enhance portfolio management for a diverse, global client base, and to advance

Qualifications

• 5-10 years financial industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to initiate and manage projects, problem solve and multi-task.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate degree and/or CFA Charterholder.

Responsibilities

• Construct and manage indexed fixed income portfolios, including ETFs, ensuring they align with risk targets and objectives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of global fixed income markets and market structure.
• Manage risk from multiple angles and coordinate with investment and operational risk teams.
• Maintain fiduciary standards and work to improve portfolio management quality for clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of investment excellence.
