You will inspect, test, install, and troubleshoot equipment across substations, transmission, distribution, and metering systems, with progression based on competency and leadership.

Qualifications

• Progression levels require basic to advanced substation knowledge and safe work practices.
• Demonstrated competency across electrical systems and wiring drawings.
• CDL required and DOT qualifications maintained where applicable.
• Strong teamwork, planning, and leadership abilities expected as progression grows.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain substation equipment and facilities.
• Install, repair, and maintain substation, transmission, distribution, and metering gear.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance including transformer/oil testing.
• Coordinate work, supervise crews at senior levels, and document changes.
