Job summary

Philips is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence by resolving production issues and optimizing test processes. You will develop software and test systems while collaborating across teams to improve quality, yield, and compliance in system-level manufacturing operations.

You will provide daily support, lead root cause investigations, and act as the technical expert for test stations, MES systems, and automated test equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/test engineering or related roles.
• Experience with production operations, MES, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to achieve targets and on-time delivery.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as technical expert for system-level manufacturing test processes.
• Develop and optimize test processes for repeatability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing software and system integrations.
