Job summary

Philips in the United States seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer to drive excellence in test processes, software development, and test system optimization within system-level manufacturing operations.

You will support production targets, lead root cause investigations, and collaborate across teams to improve quality, yield and compliance. The role is onsite 3+ days per week with a focus on MES, E2E manufacturing excellence, and regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, test engineering, software engineering, or related roles with hands-on production support.
• Skills include C#, C++, SQL and production data analysis with root-cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement from data analysis.
• Serve as the technical expert for system-level manufacturing test processes, supporting AIM, Safety, FAT, and other test stations.
• Develop, validate, and optimize test processes to improve repeatability, efficiency, data integrity, and overall performance.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing software, automation tools, and system integrations with cross-functional collaboration.
