Job summary

Philips is seeking a Quality Manufacturing Engineer to facilitate high-quality performance and compliance in manufacturing environments. The role oversees Philips processes, drives CAPA actions, and supports PFMEA assessments and process improvements.

The candidate will lead quality assurance tasks, ensure manufacturing quality systems, and support NPIs and product transfers while contributing to data-driven improvements in an office/onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/electronics engineering, science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in quality or process engineering.
• Experience with medical device regulations and standards and CAPA/root-ccause analysis/data analysis preferred.
• Must meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for an office/remote role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates operations performance monitoring, reporting, improvement and development in factory settings.
• Supports PFMEA assessment and controls related to design changes and manufacturing processes.
• Leads analysis of defects and disposition of non-conformances, drives CAPA actions.
• Supports quality systems, validation, NPIs, and product transfers in the factory.
• Leads validation protocols and analyzes data for reports and process improvements.
