Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, test engineering or related roles with hands‑on support for production operations and regulated environments.
• Experience with manufacturing test systems, automated test equipment, MES systems and process validation.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations to achieve targets and maintain quality.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions with data analysis.
• Serve as technical expert for system‑level manufacturing test processes and test stations.
• Develop and optimize test processes, software and system integrations to improve performance.
