Job summary

Philips is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to resolve production issues, optimize test processes, and develop software and test systems for system-level manufacturing operations.

You will provide daily engineering support, lead investigations, and partner across teams to improve quality, yield, efficiency, and compliance. Willingness to work onsite in Reedsville, PA is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, test engineering, software engineering, or related technical roles.
• Hands‑on experience supporting production operations, manufacturing test systems, and regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and on-time delivery.
• Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement from data analysis.
• Serve as technical expert for system‑level manufacturing test processes and test stations.
• Develop, validate, and optimize test processes to improve repeatability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing software, automation tools, and system integrations with cross‑functional teams.
