Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX seeks a Senior Specialist, Integration/Test Engineer to support Imagery Intelligence systems. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams on system-level requirements, verification, and integration across secure domains, and travel up to 10% for testing and deployments.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in test, integration, and verification of software/hardware, with active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant systems engineering experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related systems engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related systems engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience performing hands-on test, integration, and verification of software and/or hardware.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI.

Responsibilities

• Translate the voice of the customer into system level requirements.
• Engage with US and foreign customers to design ISR collection systems to support requirements.
• Participate in Bid and Proposal for multiple airborne platform configurations.
• Understanding of physical architectures incorporating voice, video, and data across security domains.
• Perform test, integration, verification, and validation planning.
• Review electrical wiring diagrams to ensure design details trace to system requirements.
• Author and execute verification test procedures ensuring system performance and capabilities meet requirements.
• Perform hands-on test, integration, and verification of software and/or hardware.
• Willing and able to travel up to 10%.
• Will be required to pass FAA Class 3 Flight Physical and Altitude chamber for test flights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
