Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an experienced System Software Integration and Test Engineer to lead verification across subsystems, accommodations, and end-to-end tests for cyber-resilient, cloud-based solutions. You will plan, implement, and document verification activities with cross-functional teams in a defense-focused environment.

The role requires strong experience in integration, test architecture, and RVTM, along with the ability to work extended hours and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience with system integration and test in aerospace/defense environments is preferred.
• Proficient in requirements analysis, verification planning, and RVTM maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration and testing of lower-level software components through subsystem verification.
• Develop and maintain Test Requirements Documents, Test Design Documents, and test procedures.
• Coordinate secure software testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance validation prior to release.
• Develop and execute functional, performance, and integration test procedures; document results.
• Travel up to 10% and support cross-functional engineering reviews as needed.
