Job summary

Peraton seeks a System Engineer to join its Cyber Intelligence team in Laurel, MD, working on next-generation cyber and AI/ML capabilities hosted on large-scale compute clusters and AWS Cloud infrastructure.

You will analyze requirements, lead design activities, and provide technical leadership across the lifecycle, coordinating with government personnel to ensure system integrity and successful delivery. Strong DoDAF experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• 14+ years of SE experience in similar scope is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, C/O documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities for system requirements.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
