Job summary

Peraton is hiring a Senior Emerging Technology Systems Engineer (AI emphasis) to join the Cyber Mission unit in Jessup, MD. You will support the government by developing SE artifacts, plans, and requirements, guiding technology transitions and documenting decisions with stakeholders.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a strong systems engineering background, and a track record with IC customers. This is a full-time position performing at a customer site in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline with 15+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Master's or PhD may substitute two years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Develop sections of systems engineering documentation such as Systems Engineering Plans, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Plan, monitor, and generate systems engineering artifacts to assist the government with technology transition.
• Lead and document decision meetings with stakeholders to accomplish the work.
