Job summary
ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Level 3 System Engineer with an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance to support DoD and IC programs. The role emphasizes requirements analysis, system architecture, and DoDAF-aligned design, with leadership in integrating hardware and software components.
You will develop documentation, participate in IPTs, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure technical integrity and on-time delivery of complex systems across the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Twenty (20) years' experience as a System Engineer is required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance is required.
- Experience using Jira Service Desk configuration, administration, and customization.
- Proficient in UI/UX design and development and API scripting (Bash, Python).
Responsibilities
- Consolidate multiple Jira Service Desk instances into a unified customer service desk.
- Lead system engineering efforts and coordinate interfaces across teams.
- Develop system engineering documentation and DoDAF-compliant artifacts.
- Provide technical direction for development, interfacing, integration, and testing.
- Assess risks, manage changes, and ensure traceability across the life cycle.
