Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a Senior System Engineer to analyze user requirements, lead design and development activities, and ensure system integrity across complex DoD-type architectures. You will guide requirements, architecture, and testing while interfacing with government stakeholders and senior executives.

The role demands extensive SE experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and the ability to manage multiple architecture views, DoDAF standards, and information assurance considerations.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure delivery of production systems aligned with DoDAF/SOA.
• Contribute to system engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans and Requirements specs.
• Assist with development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation to hardware, software, and personnel.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from reviews and cross-discipline coordination.
• Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities.
• Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance and security mechanisms.
• Implement comprehensive SOA solutions and DoDAF-compliant views.
