Job summary

Erias Ventures, based in the United States, is seeking a System Engineer to analyze user requirements, develop system specifications, and lead design and development activities across DoDAF/SOA architectures.

Fourteen years of SE experience, DoD 8570 certification, and active Top-Secret/SCI clearance are required. The role involves technical leadership, documentation, and government stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a System Engineer in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert is required.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive SOA solutions.
• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Develop system design documentation and guidance for integration and testing.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Interact with government personnel and senior executives regarding SE considerations.
• Develop and review System Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
