Qualifications

• Systems engineering with a focus on complex systems of systems (TTO15).
• Data Science, including NLP and ML; Data extraction and processing from unstructured/semi-structured sources (e.g., PDFs, CONOPS, DODAF).
• Qualitative analytical processes and data visualization. Proficiency in Python, R, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data extraction and processing tools like Apache Tika and PDFMiner.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure production systems align with DoDAF, SOA, and other architectures.
• Develop sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Assist with development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews requiring cross-discipline coordination.
• Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based on evaluation of development and operational considerations.
