Job summary

Quantum Research International, Inc is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer Level 6 to support a government program delivering large data processing solutions using emerging technologies. The role is onsite at Annapolis Junction, MD with no telework or hybrid option.

The candidate will develop SE documentation, manage requirements across architectures, and coordinate cross-discipline actions. Eligible candidates require TS/SCI with polygraph and long experience in systems engineering across DoDAF SOA

Responsibilities

• Develop sections of System Engineering documentation (SEPs, ICDs, requirements).
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements per DoDAF and SOA.
• Allocate requirements to hardware, software, facilities, and personnel components.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews.
• Analyze technical alternatives and provide preliminary recommendations.
• Apply systems engineering across lifecycle phases: Concept to Retirement.
• Interact with government regarding SE considerations and issues.
• Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
• Ensure technical integrity, quality and completeness of deliverables across ISO/IEC 15288 processes.
• Support Project, Enterprise, Portfolio, and Infrastructure process areas.
