Job summary

The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking a System Engineer to support a DoD-oriented program in the Annapolis Junction area. The role requires extensive systems engineering across complex architectures and direct engagement with DoD standards.

Candidates must hold US citizenship with TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance and bring deep DoDAF experience, strong documentation skills, and proficiency in Python/R with NLP/ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the position.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with Poly is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline is required
• Twenty (20) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• Experience in DoDAF, SOA, and systems engineering for complex systems is required

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure production systems align with DoDAF/SOA.
• Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation such as SE Plans, ICds, and interface control documents.
• Assist with development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation to hardware, software, facilities and personnel.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB meetings and design/program/test reviews.
• Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities considering development and operational constraints.
