Job summary

Anker Innovations in the United States is seeking a Senior System Engineer to close the technical gap in scaling eufy Security's B2B business across North America. This technical role partners with the Regional Sales Manager to streamline delivery from architecture to API/CGI-level integration.

You will own technical delivery for key accounts, enable the sales team with demos and PoCs, and coordinate with HQ engineering and ecosystem partners. Travel <20% for customer work and tradeshows; home-based in the Continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field.
• 10+ years of system engineering, solutions/pre-sales engineering, or integration engineering experience.
• Hands-on with API, SDK, and protocol-level integration (HTTP/REST, CGI commands, ONVIF).
• Familiarity with smart home and alarm ecosystems and ecosystem partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration solutions for key accounts, detailing diagrams, architectures, and API/CGI-level plans.
• Own technical delivery end-to-end for strategic accounts, from scoping to deployment and customer acceptance.
• Scope and deliver 3rd-party ecosystem integrations with testing and documentation.
• Provide technical demos, PoCs, and RFP/RFI responses to support sales.
• Bridge HQ engineering with NA sales to ensure demo-ready technology and feedback loops.
