Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering or related field required
• 5+ years of related experience
• Transmission and distribution construction and maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspects construction crew activities for compliance with standards and safety.
• Supervises service restoration and emergencies to restore power.
• Reviews audits and approves contractor invoices; coordinates revisions.
• Consolidates as-built information for completed work in WMIS.
• Supervises installation of equipment by NOVEC staff and contractors.
• Interprets specifications and contracts; monitors construction per documents.
• Develops and mentors staff; manages performance and goals.
• Maintains systems and data integrity; enhances company value.
• Optimizes production capacity and staff skill within the dept.
