Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior System Configuration Engineer in Carmel, IN. This role acts as the technical authority for system configuration, establishing standards and guiding client implementations with scalable, best‑practice designs.

Work across Client Data Integration, Service Delivery, Product Support, Engineering, and Product Management to reduce defects, share knowledge, and continuously improve configuration quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of work-related experience.
• Advanced experience designing and implementing business rules, workflows, and system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for complex client configuration design and business rule implementation.
• Review proposed system configurations to ensure they align with platform capabilities, business requirements, and best practices.
• Identify configuration risks and unintended downstream impacts before implementation.
• Recommend alternative configuration approaches to improve scalability and maintainability.
• Partner with implementation teams to design solutions for complex business scenarios.
• Provide technical consultation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain configuration standards, best practices, and design principles.
• Develop governance processes that promote consistency and reduce defects.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions focused on platform capabilities and configuration techniques.
