Job summary

Allied Solutions in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Manager, Service Delivery Operations to lead a multi-disciplined team responsible for client implementations, operational readiness, and long-term technology success.

You will establish standards, partner with Client Data Integration, Configurations, Engineering, Product Support, and Product Management to ensure high-quality delivery and scalable solutions, while fostering a client-first culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of work-related experience.
• 3-4 years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation lifecycles, operational readiness, and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality implementation coordination, operational readiness, and configuration oversight.
• Establish standards that promote scalable, supportable, and sustainable client implementations.
• Build partnerships across ETG teams to ensure coordinated technical implementation activities.
• Develop metrics and drive continuous improvement in quality and client outcomes.
