Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a Simulator System Architect to design, integrate, and oversee end-to-end architecture for high-fidelity flight and maintenance training systems. You will translate training requirements into technical specs, selecting hardware, software, and networks to meet safety, cyber, and certification standards.

Collaboration with software, hardware, cyber, and certification teams is essential. The role requires MBSE expertise, SysML/UML modeling, and a strong background in flight

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in simulation, avionics, or real-time systems engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership or architect role.
• U.S. citizen due to DoD contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture development for advanced aircraft and mission system simulations using MBSE and SysML-based frameworks.
• Develop and maintain system models supporting requirements decomposition and verification strategies.
• Define and evolve simulation architectures integrating aircraft avionics, flight dynamics, mission systems, networks, and C4ISR components.
