CAE USA Defense & Security is seeking a Simulator System Architect to design, integrate, and oversee end-to-end architecture for high-fidelity flight and maintenance training systems. Translate training requirements into tech specs, selecting hardware, software, and networks to meet performance, safety and cybersecurity standards.

You will collaborate with software, hardware, cyber, and certification teams to ensure seamless integration of avionics, flight dynamics, and graphics while guiding

Formación

• Degree in aerospace, computer or systems engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in simulation, avionics or real-time systems engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership or architect role.
• Flight-dynamics and avionics modeling experience.
• Familiarity with DIS, HLA, or similar interoperability standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system architecture development for aircraft and mission simulations using MBSE.
• Define system models for requirements, behaviors and interfaces.
• Ensure architectures meet safety, cybersecurity and DoD specs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to ensure scalable simulations.
• Mentor staff in MBSE and digital model governance.
• Support design reviews, trade studies and technical interchanges.
