Job summary

Advantest America Inc. is seeking a System Application Engineer to support next‑generation ATE solutions for HPC and AI at a global scale.

You will work with customers, R&D, COE, sales, and marketing in a cross‑functional environment to translate complex requirements into robust test solutions. You should bring strong V93000 experience, solid test engineering fundamentals, and programming skills in Java, C/C++, and Python/Perl.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with the Advantest V93000 platform.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python/Perl, and C/C++.
• Knowledge of test quality metrics and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test methods and tooling for digital and mixed‑signal devices on the V93000 platform.
• Support customers in debugging SmarTest and system‑level issues across environments.
• Document complex test concepts through technical docs and customer presentations.
