Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; MS preferred with ATE knowledge.
• 2–5 years in electrical/wireless testing of SoCs in a Test/Application Engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of SmarTest-7/8 test methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
• Understanding of high-speed digital fundamentals and test methodologies is critical.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Advantest 93000 test systems and develop applications for customers.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams on requirements, demonstrations, benchmarks, and implementation strategies.
• Integrate Advantest products into customers’ environments and optimize test coverage and throughput.
• Design, debug, and implement test programs for high-speed digital/analog CMOS SoCs.
• Create customer training materials and document test programs with version control.
