Job summary

Advantest America in Boston seeks a Senior Applications Engineer to lead technical engagements across the sales and support lifecycle, driving solution implementations and ensuring solutions meet customer specifications for our V93000 Semiconductor Test Systems.

You will analyze complex requirements, optimize test programs, coordinate resources, and train customers while acting as a technical liaison to Advantest's field and factory teams, delivering trusted guidance and measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements throughout the sales and support lifecycle, including requirements analysis, feature demonstrations, competitive benchmarking, and solution implementation.
• Ensure Advantest products meet customer specifications and integrate seamlessly into their test environments.
• Analyze complex customer requirements and provide expert guidance on performance, design optimization, test program development, and implementation strategies.
• Design and validate test solutions that align with customer business objectives.
• Identify and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive customer solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and Advantest's field and factory teams, representing customer needs and feedback.
• Develop and manage project plans for complex engagements, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Deliver technical training and consultation to customers, including the creation of training materials and documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights with global technical teams.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering value through technical expertise and becoming a trusted advisor in their decision-making processes.
