Job summary

Halogen Engineering Group, Inc. seeks a Records Management Systems Administrator with TS/SCI w/Poly for Fort Meade, MD. The role requires 10–15 years in DoD-type environments and hands-on admin of Linux, Unix, Windows, and VMware environments.

You will design bills of materials, network diagrams, and installation documentation; work with network, storage, and server teams to meet capacity and reliability goals; and ensure IA controls and accreditation support are in place.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 compliance with IAM Level I or higher is required.
• Five years of SA experience required; five additional SA years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with modern operating systems and network architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration solutions and BOMs, network designs and diagrams, and documentation for installations.
• Collaborate with network, storage and server teams to define new or modified solutions for complex problems.
• Respond to requests to meet capacity and user requirements and determine power, space, cooling, and funding needs.
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows OS; install OS software and maintain network component integrity.
