Job summary

Themis Insight is hiring a System Administrator (Records Management) to support Fort Meade, MD operations. This role requires TS/SCI with a polygraph and focuses on records management systems, documentation, BOMs, network designs, and capacity planning.

You will work with cross-functional teams including network, storage, and server personnel to implement reliable, scalable evidence handling and secure configurations in a DoD-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and five (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAM Level I or higher is required.
• At least one year of experience in modern operating systems and network architectures.
• At least one year of experience in certification and accreditation, architecture development and design, risk assessments and IA metrics.
• Ability to optimize system operation, plan capacity, and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration solutions and create BOMs, network designs and diagrams.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and server personnel to define new or modified solutions.
• Respond to requests for new systems to meet capacity and user requirements.
• Determine required power, space, cooling, and funding to meet goals.
