Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems for mission-critical projects. You will work individually or in teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement high-performance software across various domains.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in CS, seven years of SWE experience, and a current Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Seven years of SWE experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
Current Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required; sponsors not provided.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
Debug existing software and correct defects.
Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or environments.
Develop data queries for databases or data repositories.
Write or review software and system documentation.
Lead the team at the appropriate level of the process.
Design or implement complex database interfaces and queries.
Develop algorithms to meet performance and functional standards.
Assist with testing procedures for software components.
Modify software to adapt to new hardware or improve performance.
Design, develop and modify software using analytical models to predict outcomes.
