Job summary
T-Rex Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a fully cleared System Administrator 2 to join our Annapolis Junction team, supporting critical national security infrastructure for the Intelligence Community. The role focuses on implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems across UNIX and Windows environments, with escalation support as needed.
Required are ten years of SA experience, a technical bachelor's degree (or five more years in lieu), and active TS/SCI with FSP within seven years.
Qualifications
- Ten years of SA experience in programs of similar scope.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 5 additional SA years in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes; day-to-day operations and problem resolution.
- Offer Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support and communicate status to management.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and related network components to improve reliability and performance.
