Job summary

Experitec is seeking an experienced System Administrator II/III to join our IT team in Missouri. You will be responsible for advanced infrastructure management across Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and Azure AD, while leading virtualization and automation initiatives.

This role emphasizes security, uptime, and cross‑functional collaboration within an employee‑owned environment. You will mentor junior staff, support enterprise storage, backups, and DR testing, and participate in

Qualifications

• Two+ years managing Windows Server in a production environment.
• Five+ years of IT experience.
• Three+ years as a System Administrator or equivalent.
• Experience deploying or managing virtual machines in VMware (vCenter/ESXi).
• Experience administering Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Design and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Manage virtualization platforms and cloud environments (Azure).
• Configure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Provide escalation support for complex tickets and perform root-cause analysis.
