Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator with extensive enterprise experience in hybrid cloud/on-premises environments in New York. You will lead design, development, and maintenance of critical IT systems, including Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud integration.

Applicants should have 10+ years of hands-on experience with Windows/Unix, scripting, SCCM, and multi-forest hybrid infrastructures. Strong architecture and guidance to junior staff are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT system experience.
• Hands-on with Active Directory and Exchange in multi-forest hybrid environments.
• Extensive Windows Server, Unix administration, and scripting (PowerShell/Unix shell).
• Experience designing and implementing hybrid on-premises/cloud infrastructures.
• Proven ability in solution architecture and cross-functional guidance.

JOB SUMMARY

Senior Systems Administrator with extensive enterprise-level experience in hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigating, analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating enterprise IT system requirements.
• Implementing and maintaining hybrid Azure/on-premises systems.
• Designing and supporting hybrid Exchange environments.
• Developing computerized systems, including studies, design, operations, and maintenance.
• Establishing flexible information architectures supporting corporate needs.
• Selecting, configuring, and using migration and cloud tools.
• Troubleshooting complex client-server environments.
• Supporting enterprise Active Directory, Azure, Windows Server, and Unix systems.
• Leading or supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.
