Job summary

Experitec Inc. is seeking a System Administrator II/III to own enterprise infrastructure, lead migration and deployment projects, and mentor junior staff. You will manage Windows and Linux servers, AD/AD‑A, DNS/DHCP, and cloud environments with a strong focus on security and reliability.

The role emphasizes automation, documentation, and collaboration across IT teams. This is an on-site Memphis position with an ESOP culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two or more years managing Windows Server in production environments.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience deploying or managing VMware virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Ability to write PowerShell and Bash scripts for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills in enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and cloud services.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Lead escalations and perform root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell/Bash and document SOPs.
• Support high availability, backup, DR, and security hardening.
