Job summary

Experitec Inc. is seeking a System Administrator II/III to join our IT team.

You will serve as a senior technical resource, owning enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud environments to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. You will lead infrastructure initiatives, mentor junior staff, and drive automation using PowerShell and Bash, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Two+ years managing Windows Server in a production environment.
Three+ years as a System Administrator or equivalent.
Experience administering Windows and Linux server environments.
Experience deploying or managing virtual machines in VMware (vCenter or ESXi).
Experience configuring and maintaining backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted escalation point for complex IT infrastructure issues across the organization.
Administering and maintaining Windows and Linux server environments for reliability and performance.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP with advanced configurations.
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions and virtualization platforms.
Manage cloud environments (Microsoft Azure) and on‑premises systems.
Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar.
Monitor system health, backups, security, and uptime; participate in DR planning.
Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments; mentor junior staff.
