Qualifications

• Ten years of experience as a System Administrator on similar scope programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 5 additional years may substitute.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and AWS environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Manage operating systems, servers, applications, and system services.
• Support AWS cloud infrastructure and assist with cloud-based deployments.
• Utilize DevOps tools and practices to improve reliability and deployment efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and operating systems problems.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and maintenance activities.
• Implement security best practices and maintain compliance with customer requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and cybersecurity teams to support mission objectives.
