Candidates bring 5–10+ years of experience with Swiss-type CNC, advanced GD&T, and multi‑axis machining, plus GibbsCAM or Mastercam proficiency. On-site role with Lean/Six Sigma focus.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years CNC Swiss programming experience.
• AAS in CNC Machining or equivalent hands-on background.
• Aerospace or medical device background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming from NPI through toolpath optimization on Swiss lathes.
• Collaborate with quoting teams for DFM insights and tooling strategies.
• Provide on-the-floor support and troubleshoot G-code with setup personnel.
• Maintain AS9100 and ITAR compliance and drive continuous improvement.
