Job summary

TDW is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions from development to production, field operations, and deployment. You will serve as the primary engineering owner during launch and coordinate cross-functional readiness with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Management.

You will own products through their lifecycle, lead investigations, drive changes, and manage obsolescence.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering or equivalent science degree.
7+ years of engineering experience including NPI, product support, PLM, or sustaining engineering.
Experience with electro-mechanical products and systems.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions from development to production, field operations, and deployment; serve as the engineering owner during launch.
Own products through lifecycle; lead investigations and resolve technical issues affecting customers, field operations, and manufacturing.
Drive engineering changes, product improvements, cost reduction, obsolescence management; maintain docs, specs, drawings, and BOMs.
